JAGUAR XK150 FHC, 1958

This XK150 FHC is an original RHD, UK supplied example which was first registered in West Sussex on 17th June 1958 to its first owner, David Millis of London. It was registered as ‘3311 BP’, the number the car still wears today. It also retains its original engine and four speed plus overdrive manual transmission, and is finished in its original colour scheme of British Racing Green with Suede Green trim.

The original green logbook which begins the substantial history file, tells us that in 1966 the car moved to Cheltenham in Gloucestershire where it lived until changing hands in 1974, moving the 10 miles to the village of Painswick on the edge of the Cotswolds. The Jaguar would then remain in this ownership for the ensuing 40 years and comes with a history file spanning some five decades.

Last changing hands in 2014, to join a significant collection of Jaguar motor cars, the car has, in recent years, undergone a restoration to the very highest standards, with clearly no regard to expense. The only (completely reversible, if desired) modifications have been the fitment of electric EZ power steering, an electric cooling fan and Coopercraft brakes.

If the provenance of the motor car leaves nothing to be desired, then neither does the condition. This XK has covered a mere 2500 miles since the completion of the body-off restoration and remains in near concours condition throughout. Please make no mistake, this is an example of the very highest calibre, anywhere, at any price.

£ SOLD

The car presently enjoys tax free passage within the EU and is supplied with a UK registration document.
